摘    要:本文对相成份为铵钨青铜、W20O58的蓝钨和黄钨在不同的温度下进行了氢还原试验。实验结果指出,通过蓝钨氢还原可获得比表面较大、粒度较小的钨粉,而采用相成份为铵钨青铜的蓝钨其效果较其他氧化物好。采用高温X射线衍射法对这几种钨氧化物逐步升温至800℃氢还原动态相变过程和各种温度下的还原动力学进行了研究。发现各种蓝钨相变过程相似,而与黄钨相变过程有明显的差异;低温还原时,各种蓝钨的还原活性均比黄钨,高温还原时,蓝钨与黄钨的还原活性相近。

Abstract: An investigation on H2-reduction of TBO based on ATB. W20O58 as well as WO3 at different T has been performed. The experiment result ndieates that a finer reduced W-powder with larger BET-S can be obtained by TBO H2—reduction, and that it is better to use the TBO oased on ATB than to use other oxides. By means of in-situ high temperature X-ray diffraction analysis, he phase transfromation by increasing T step by step up to 800° and he dynamics at different T of ATB, W20O58 and WO3 during H2-reduction re also studied. It is found that the phase transformation of different BO was similar to each other, while it was obviously different ompared with that of WO3. At low T. the reduction activity of TBO s higher than that of WO3 The activity difference decreased with the ncrease of reduction T.
