摘    要：湖南省国土资源遥感综合调查信息系统是一个数据可动态更新的运行系统.分析了该信息系统的数据、系统需求,并对系统数据库、功能、结构、运行模式进行了总体设计.系统由3个层次组成:底层是专业人员使用的数据编辑、动态更新和空间综合分析系统;上层是供非专业人员使用的集成应用系统;中间层把底层系统所获得的新数据和综合分析的新成果,转为可供上层集成应用系统直接使用的数据库.系统采用ArcGIS平台结合MS SQL数据库和可视化编程工具进行组件式开发,系统基本功能包括各种数据的管理、查询、编辑、更新与分析等;系统运行采用基于局域网的集成模式,数据库、数据处理和应用系统相对独立,又能统一集成.

Abstract: Information system of remote sensing integrated survey about land resources in Hunan province is an operable system in which data can be updated dynamically. Data and system requirements of information system of remote sensing integrated survey about land resources of Hunan province are analysed, database, function,structure and run mode of this system are also designed. This system comprises three levels, the bottom is a system used by professional including data editing, dynamic data updating and spatial integrated analysis, the top is a integrated application system used by laypeople, the middle transforms new data and result gained by the bottom system into databases which are used directly by the top integrated application system. This system is developed by integrating COMs of ArcGIS, MS SQL database and visual programming tools. The basic functions of this system are data management, query, editing, updating and analysis. This system runs in local network under integrated mode, where database, data management and applied system are relatively independent, and can be integrated uniformly.
