摘    要:本文根据溶液化学计算及图解法, 研究了油酸钠,α-亚硝基-β-萘酚两种捕收剂和柠檬酸、抑制剂与盐类矿物(黑钨矿、萤石、重晶石、方解石等),表面金属离子的化学反应,确定了形成捕收 剂——金属盐及抑制剂——金属离子络合物的最佳条件,从而预估了这些矿物浮选或抑制的最佳条件,设计了分离方案,并为浮选实验及混合矿分离结果所验证。

Abstract: The bulk chemical reactions of collectors such as sodium oleate and α-nitroso-β-aphthol and depressants such as citric acid with the metal ions onthe salt-type minerals such as olframite,fluorite,barite and calcite have beenstudied on the basis of solution chemistry calculations and quilibria graphics.The optimal conditions forming collector-metal salts and complex species of dep-repressant-metal ions have been determined from these graphics.Hence,the opti-mal conditions of flotation r depression of these minerals can be predicted.Thedesign of separaration schemes can be carried out.The sults of flotation testsand separation of synthetic mixtures show that the proposed schemes can besuccessfully applied to flotation separation of wolframite from fluorite and calciteor barite from luorite.The study of solution chemistry on β-octyl amino ethylhosphonic acid has also been used to stimate he optimal condition of flotation separation of fluorite from barite and scheelite.
