微型机在钨粉粒度控制建模中的应用研究

摘 要:本文研究了蓝色氧化钨氢还原过程工艺参数对钨粉粒度的影响。结果表明,钨粉粒度与还原温度、舟装料量、氢气流量和推舟速度成线性关系。作者借助微型机拟定了这种关系的数学模型。
Abstract: The hydrogen reduction process of blue tungsten oxide (B. T. O.) in different technical condition including temperature, flow of hydrogen, bed depth and pushing rate of boat etc. has been studied. The results of the experiment showed that tungsten powder particle-size depends on the ertempature, flow of hydrogen, bed depth and pushing rate of boat. Experimental data treated with microcomputer have obtained mathematics model for controlling tungsten powder particle-size.
