高阶劳埃斑指数的零阶化标定方法

摘    要：提出了一种使高阶劳埃斑(HOLP)零阶化来标定其指数的原理与方法,同时指出可以用该法来消除零阶劳埃斑指数的180°不唯一性.误差分析与应用于实际照片分析的结果表明该方法是正确可行的.

Abstract: In this paper, a new method of indexing higher order laue pattern (HOLP) has been advanced by changing some higher order laue spots to zero order, and it is pointed out that the 180′ indefinitive of zero order laue index can be eliminated by this method. The results of analysing practical EPP and error analysis show that the new method is correct and useful.
