刚性基础下土工格栅加筋碎石垫层变形特性试验研究

摘    要:为探讨刚性基础下土工格栅加筋碎石垫层的变形特性,设计9种不同工况的垫层模型并分别进行静载试验,获取各工况下垫层的荷载-沉降曲线和变形模量,分析垫层厚度、土工格栅及其层数和铺设位置对碎石垫层及加筋碎石垫层变形模量的影响。研究结果表明:在其他条件不变的情况下,加筋碎石垫层的变形模量比碎石垫层的变形模量大,且厚度较小的垫层加筋后其变形模量提升幅度较大;加筋碎石垫层的变形模量随垫层厚度的减小、土工格栅层数的增加和铺设位置的上移而增大;土工格栅铺设位置对垫层变形模量的影响随格栅层数的增加而减小;研究成果能为复合地基中加筋垫层的优化设计提供参考。

Abstract: In order to study the deformation behavior of geogrids reinforced gravel cushion with rigid foundation, static load tests of nine different cushion models were carried out. The load-settlement curves and deformation modulus were obtained. The effect of cushion thickness, geogrids, geogrid layers and their laying position to deformation modulus of gravel cushion and geogrids reinforced gravel cushion was analyzed. The results indicate that in case that other conditions remain unchanged, the deformation modulus of geogrids reinforced gravel cushion is greater than that of the cushion without geogrids, and the smaller the thickness of the cushion, the higher the deformation modulus. Cushion deformation modulus increases with the decrease of the cushion thickness, the increase of geogrids layers and the upper placing of its position. The effect of geogrids position on cushion deformation modulus decreases with the increase of the geogrids layers. The results provide a reference for the optimal design of the reinforced cushion in composite foundation.
