摘 要:介绍了钨粉还原炉计算机控制系统的控制方案,组成原理,硬件电路和软件框图.在本系统中,还原炉多段温度的控制,采用最小方差自校正调节器,氢气流量的调节,用控制中间容器压力的方法,系统调试结果表明,本系统设计合理,控制功能强,工作可靠,操作方便,是钨粉还原炉较完善的一种计算机控制系统.
Abstract: The control scheme,composition principle,hard circuit and software block diagram arepresented in the paper.The temperature of each section of reducing furnace is controlled byleast square-error self-correction regulator.The flow of hydrogen is regulated by controllingthe pressure of the middle volume.The resul ts of system testing show that the system designis resonable;the functions of control are strong;the operation is convenient,and the work isreliable.It is a pretty good compunter control system for wolfram powder reducing furnace.
