摘    要:笔者在现有选矿物料平衡计算方法的基础上提出一新种的顺序结点算法,从而在64K微型机上建立了通用选矿物料平衡程序包CSIMMBAL。物料平衡寻优的目标函数是调整值与测定值偏差的加权平方和。采用Powell-Sargent直接搜索法对独立料流的相对产率进行搜索,作为第一水平优化。将拉格朗日乘子法与顺序结点法相结合,对于搜索得到的一组料流产率,计算出各测定量的最佳调整值,作为第二水平优化。两个水平的优化反复进行,直至得到一组最好的料流产率值,使上述目标函数最小。本文还概述了该程序包的结构和功能。

Abstract: A new sequential node method based on existing material balance calculation is posed by the authors. Thus a general material balance package CSIMMBAL is developed in 64K microcomputer. The objective function of material balance optimum is weighting sums of the squares of error of the adjusted and measured values. The Powell-Sargent direct search method is taken as the first level optimum in searching relative rates of independant solid streams. The combination of Lagrange multiplier method and sequential node method is taken as the second level optimum to calculate the optimum adjusted values of grade, size fraction, individual size grade, ratio of liquid to solid, addition water from a group of solid stream relative rates. The flowsheet topology matrix is used to express the flowsheet. Both the first and the second level optimums are repeated until a group of optimum solid flowrates are obtained to minimize the above-mentioned objective function. In this paper, the structure and the function of CSIMMBAL are also described
