某锡矿石伴生钼铋铜的综合回收

摘 要:针对某锡矿石伴生钼铋铜的综合回收试验研究,根据钼、铋、铜矿的密切共生关系及可浮性特点,制定了钼铋铜混合浮选,混合精矿再磨脱药,最后进行抑铜浮钼铋,钼铋分离的选矿工艺流程,获得钼精矿品位46.07%、回收率75.04%,铋精矿品位16.27%、回收率32.62%,铜精矿品位24.65%、回收率63.03%的良好选矿指标。
Abstract:
This paper studies the comprehensive recycle technology of a tin ore associated with molybdenum-bismuth-copper based on the close association of molybdenum, bismuth and copper as well as their flotation characteristics. A combined processing technology of mixed flotation, regrinding and off-drugs, copper suppression for bismuth and molybdenum flotation, bismuth-molybdenum separation are applied. Favorable processing indexes are achieved, i.e., molybdenum concentrate grade is 46.07% with recovery rate 75.04 %; bismuth concentrate grade is 16.27% with recovery rate 32.62% ; copper concentrate grade is 24.65 % with recovery rate 63.03%.
