变质剂和热处理规程对ZL104铝硅合金疲劳裂纹性能影响的研究

摘 要:本文研究和考察了变质剂(钠、混合稀土金属和锑)和热处理规程(时效温度)对ZL104合金的疲劳裂纹扩展速率((da)/(dN))的影响。所得结果麦明:(1)ZL104合金在室温及给定环境下的疲劳裂纹扩展性能,大体上可用Paris公式描述出来,公式中的指数n一般在3.5和7之间;(2)ZL104合金添加锑比添加钠和混合稀土金属更能改善抗疲劳断裂的性能,一般加入0.2%左右为宜;(3)加锑的ZL104合金时效温度在175±5℃时抗疲劳断裂性能较为理想。
Abstract: The aim of this paper is to investigate the effects of the modificators(sodium, mixed rare earth metals and antimony) and the heat treatmentregulations (mainly, ageing temperature) on the rate of fatigue-crack pro-pagation, and to find a kind of good heat treatment regulation and a modi-ficator of having ideal anti-crack properties. The investigating results proved: (1) the properties of fatigue-crackpropagation for ZL104 alloy under room temperature and some given circum-stances can be generally described by means of Paris formula; (2) addingantimony to ZL104 alloy can improve the properties of anti-fatigue crackbetter than adding sodium and mixed rare earth metals; generally, addingaround 0.2% of antimony is suitable; (3) ZL104 alloy of containing anti-mony has the more ideal properties of anti-fatigue crack at the ageingtemperature 175±5℃.
