纳米Ni的制备与微观结构

摘 要:介绍了利用机械-物理固相效应制备纳米Ni粉,并用X射线衍射、透射电镜技术检测了它的微观结构,属于面心立方的金属Ni,粉末呈单晶和多晶簇团共存。这种制备纳米粉末的装置简便,易于建造,投资少,可用于金属、氧化物纳米粉末的工业生产。
Abstract: By means of the mechanic-physical solid state effects,the nanometer nickel powder hasbeenprepared.The powder exhibits the states of monocrystal and polycrystal which wereidentified by X-ray diffraction and TEM electron diffraction.The usage of device is simpleand convenient at low prices.The mode of production can be used to prepare the powder ofmetal and mixture.
