铝材轧制基础油化学组成对轧制油摩擦性能的影响

摘    要:选用几种低硫、低芳烃铝材轧制基础油,采用GCMS-QP2010型气相色谱质谱联用仪测定其成分,并与Wylor10,Wylor12和CSA-P这3种常用的添加剂复配,在MRS-10A四球摩擦磨损试验机上测试摩擦性能。实验结果表明,在同类基础油中,正构烷烃基础油的油膜承载能力比加氢基础油的高;在加氢基础油中,随着链烷烃减少,环烷烃增加,基础油的油膜强度降低;但加入润滑添加剂后,含有环烷烃的加氢轧制油的摩擦性能比正构烷烃轧制油的摩擦性能更好,这表明与正构烷烃基础油相比,加氢基础油与润滑添加剂有更好的协同效应。

Abstract: Several commercial stock oils with low content of sulfur and aromatic hydrocarbon were selected. Their compositions were tested by the gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer GCMS-QP2010. The tribological properties of the stock oils and their blends with three commercial lubricating additives were tested using the MRS-10A four-ball tribo-tester separately. The results show that load-carrying capacity of n-alkane stock oil is higher than that of hydrotreating stock oil, the load-carrying capacity of hydrotreating stock oil decreases with the increase of the cyclanes and the reduction of the alkane. However, tribological properties of hydrotreating rolling oil (blend of stock oil and lubricating additive) with some cyclanes exceeds that of n-alkane rolling oil, indicating that the hydrotreating stock oils have better synergistic effects with lubricating additives than the n-alkane stock oils.
