粗TiCl4铜丝塔除钒废水的净化新工艺

摘    要:

采用铜钒化合物共沉淀技术处理铜丝塔除钒废水,回收其中的铜和钒,并考察废水中Cu和V沉淀效果的各种影响因素。结果表明:常温搅拌加NaOH将铜丝塔除钒废水的pH值调至3.0~4.0后,加入H2O2可将其中的V4+氧化成V5+,再补加Cu2+使Cu与V的摩尔比增大到7.5~8.5,然后再加碱中和pH值至7.5~8.5,继续搅拌20 min后过滤;滤液中Cu和V的浓度均小于2.0 mg/L,达到国家污水综合排放标准;滤渣中含Cu 45%~60%、V 11%~15 %,具有很高的综合回收价值。

Abstract: A coprecipitation process was used to purify the washing water and recover copper and vanadium. The factors affecting the purification were investigated. The results show that when the washing water is treated by adding sodium hydroxide to precondition the pH value to 3.0-4.0 under stirring, vanadium is oxidized from V4+ to V5+ with H2O2. The molar ratio of Cu to V is increased to 7.5-8.5 by adding Cu2+. The solution is neutralized to pH value of 7.5-8.5 with NaOH, then the solution is filtered after agitating for 20 min at room temperature. The filtrate is very clear with concentrations of V and Cu less than 2.0 mg/L, which meet with the National Standards of Integrated Discharged Wastewater. The contents of copper and vanadium in the filter residues are 45%~60% Cu and 11%~15% V, which is a good crude material for recovery of vanadium and copper.
